Job summary

SSE PLC is seeking a Business Analyst for the Bridge Programme to support the Business Design and Change Lead. The role involves applying the Business Change Framework, governance adherence and data-driven delivery to transform distribution into a customer-centric, digitally-enabled leader.

You will work on organisational design, continuous improvement and ensure cost/benefit targets are met, while liaising with contractors and stakeholders to maintain high performance and GDPR-compliant

Qualifications

• Experience in project or change management with a focus on business change.
• Strong numerical and qualitative analysis to support project delivery.
• Excellent presentation and spreadsheet skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Visio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply the Business Change Framework and support project methodology while ensuring governance compliance.
• Assist organisational design activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively to support business change and performance.
• Analyse data to keep programs on track for cost and benefit targets.
• Coordinate with third party contractors to ensure GDPR-compliant information flow.
