Join Our Team as a Business Analyst!

HomeServe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Technology & Change Team in Walsall. You willplay a key role in driving process improvement and digital transformation across our organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process mapping, hands-on experience with IFSsystems, and a keen understanding of how AI technologies can be leveraged to enhance business efficiency and insight. If youre passionate about analysing workflows, optimising operations, and helping shape the future of intelligent business processes, wed love to hear from you.

We work in a hybrid way, with a requirement to travel into our Walsall office at least twice a week to work with the team. Please note that travel to our Nottingham and Preston office may also be required on an ad hoc basis. With that in mind you will be located within a convenient commute to Walsall.

The Business Analysts prime responsibility is to shape the projects and help with the feasibility review. The Business Analyst will be expected to run workshops to agree an outcome for the change required, identify the impacted areas and stakeholders and analyse the AS IS process to design the TO BE process.
