Overview

We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual who enjoys a challenge and wants to develop within the Business Analysis world. You will be working with a variety of teams and backgrounds to develop requirements, supporting the Senior Business Analyst with tasks in wider projects. You will have some experience in Business Analysis, strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills. You can expect a role where you are respected, recognised for your efforts, and able to see the impact you're making.

Responsibilities

• Analyse system and change requests to determine validity and content
• Develop high-quality, clear requirements
• Follow best practices where appropriate
• Collaborate with Stakeholders, SMEs, Developers and Testers to input to work programmes and testing
• Review existing processes and systems to drive improvements and efficiencies
• Support the Senior Business Analyst in wider projects

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience in Business Analysis
• Commitment to deliver high-quality requirements and processes
• Ability to create documentation that is clear, unambiguous and detailed
• Commitment to continuous learning and development within Business Analysis
• High standard of written, verbal and presentational communication skills
• Ability to drive improvement and strive to do better
• Natural enjoyment of problem solving and curiosity about how components fit into a bigger picture
• Drive to learn, seek answers independently and utilise team knowledge
• Non-negotiables: You must be a sole UK National; willing to undergo and maintain appropriate UK government DV security clearance
