Job description

Rate: Coventry
Contract: 3 months with potential for extension
Rate: £500/day

Hybrid model: 2 days remote
Start date: Immediate

What will you be doing?:

• Establishing strong relationships across the business, with partners, and other stakeholders while managing expectations effectively.
• Using diverse techniques and data to identify, prioritise, and integrate business requirements into project planning.
• Understanding and analysing core business processes and user experiences to design or re-engineer solutions that deliver enhanced target states for internal and external customers.
• Running workshops to identify opportunities, define detailed business requirements, and resolve any conflicts between requirements. Developing feasibility reports and supporting the delivery of these requirements.
• Helping to shape the analysis approach and plan, as well as conducting quality assurance during testing and evaluation to ensure requirements are met.
• Supporting business change assessments and ensuring smooth implementation of new initiatives.
• Contributing to the development of the Business Analyst methodology and template deliverables while collaborating with the Delivery Management Office to share best practices across the organisation.

Requirements:

As a Business Analyst, you will bring expertise in delivering and leading analysis work across the project lifecycle. Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside experience in designing business solutions or journeys that enhance the end-user experience. Practical experience in drawing sound conclusions and making well-suited recommendations is a must.

Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies is advantageous. Occasional travel to other sites may be required.

While skills and experience are important, we're also looking for someone with the right character, a self-starter, good, positivity, and a can-do attitude.
