Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester, and Glasgow. They follow a remote-first policy with ad hoc client site visits when required (on average 1-2 visits per month, but it can be more or less).

They are looking for a Management Consultant - Technical Business Analyst to join a rapidly growing team, working across multiple Digital Transformation projects within Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors. The position offers a top-end budget of £88,000 + £8,000 discretionary bonus + full benefits.

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for or already possess SC Clearance
• Proven experience managing a team of Business Analysts
• Experience in the technical design and development of technology-based products
• Experience working with technical architecture and owning technical documentation
• Experience in data analysis, data modelling, and data visualisation tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI). Willing to learn database schemas and perform data cleaning, transformation, and aggregation tasks
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery, from research and solution design to development, testing, and deployment
• Ability to build, refine, and prioritise an agile backlog for technical implementation
• Proven experience collaborating with Architects, Data Engineers/Analysts, Technical Designers, and Software Developers
• Ability to learn different delivery methodologies such as Scrum, SAFE, and Waterfall
• Experience with presales and business development activities, including RFPs, demos, presentations, and bids

Ideally, you would also have:

• Experience across sectors such as Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Retail
• Experience supporting internal team operations through recruitment, client development, line management, training delivery, and mentoring
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, User-Centred Design, etc.
