We have partnered with a global, leading digital & technology consultancy, specializing in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions. They are seeking a "Managing Consultant - Technical Business Analyst" to serve as a key link between business and technology teams, while managing other Business Analysts. Your expertise in software architecture and backend frameworks will help translate business objectives into well-defined technical features that align with client goals and user needs.

This role is fully remote with occasional travel to London, Glasgow, Manchester, or Newcastle.

Salary: £88,000 plus a £8,000 bonus and other benefits.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:

• Must be eligible for or already possess SC Clearance
• Proven experience managing a team of Business Analysts
• Experience in the technical design and development of technology-based products
• Experience working with technical architecture and technical writing
• Experience with data analysis, modelling, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI). Willing to learn database schemas and perform data manipulation tasks such as cleaning, transformation, and aggregation
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery from research and design to development, testing, and deployment
• Experience building, refining, and prioritizing an agile backlog for technical requirements
• Proven collaboration with Architects, Data Engineers/Analysts, Technical Designers, and Developers
• Ability to learn different delivery methodologies like Scrum, SAFE, and Waterfall
• Experience with presales and business development activities, including RFPs, demos, presentations, and bids

Ideally, you would also have:

• Experience across sectors such as Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Retail
• Experience supporting internal team operations like recruitment, client development, line management, training, and mentoring
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, User-Centered Design, etc.
