Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying, ideally RICS accredited.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in surveying.
• Progressing towards or already holding MRICS.

Responsibilities

• Carry out building surveys and condition reports.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and specifications.
• Oversee refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
• Provide advice on building regulations and compliance.
• Support project management activities.

Skills

Technical knowledge of construction

Strong understanding of building pathology

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Proficiency in Revit

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with BIM

Education

Degree in Building Surveying (BSc or MSc)
