Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess buildings to support maintenance and improvement of infrastructure at HM Naval Base Clyde.
• Carry out building condition surveys and produce reports informing asset management and investment decisions across the Clyde estate.
• Work with maintenance teams, project specialists and customers to identify safety, compliance and lifecycle priorities.
• Support refurbishment and capital projects, from snagging inspections to proposals for larger works.
