Job summary

Babcock International invites applications for its Building Surveying Graduate Programme based at HM Naval Base Clyde in Scotland. You will split time between site and office, carrying out surveys and producing reports to guide asset management and investment decisions.

With a two-year structured development path, you will gain technical expertise and professional qualifications, supported by dedicated mentorship and industry health and safety training, including CDM and BPSS/SC clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Building Surveying.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to achieve BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess buildings to support maintenance and improvement of infrastructure.
• Produce surveys and reports informing asset management and investment decisions across the Clyde estate.
• Support refurbishment and capital projects, including snagging on new facilities and proposals for major works.
