Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Building Surveying or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance required or achievable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess buildings to support maintenance and improvement of HM Naval Base Clyde.
• Conduct building condition surveys and produce reports informing asset management and investment decisions across the Clyde estate.
• Support refurbishment and capital projects, including snagging inspections and proposals for major works.
