Babcock in Plymouth is offering a Quantity Surveying Graduate Programme based at HM Naval Base Devonport. Over two years you’ll rotate through four six-month placements, gaining exposure to the full commercial lifecycle on major civil infrastructure projects with the Royal Navy.

You’ll receive structured support, mentorship, and help toward RICS chartership, with a starting salary of £35,000 and a benefits package including pension, holiday and wellbeing schemes.

Responsibilities

• Support quotations and change management on major infrastructure projects.
• Review applications for payment and assist with subcontract tendering and management.
• Collaborate with MOD and supply chain to deliver projects and develop professional skills.
