Building Services Engineer - Junior / Intermediate

Location: Based in BT32 County Armagh/ County Down, you may be looking for Building Services jobs near Banbridge, Newry, Armagh, Dungannon, Lisburn, Moira, Dundalk, Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Salary:

• Junior Building Services Engineer: From £29,000 plus Institution Fees + Fees paid for Masters, career prospects, pension. 4 day week.
• Intermediate / Senior Building Services Engineer: up to £39K plus benefits. 4 day week.

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday. Permanent.

This is an exciting and varied project led design role. Your day-to-day duties as Electrical/ Mechanical Design Engineer will include the delivery of designs to project delivery:

• Carrying out feasibility studies & writing reports.
• Producing the most energy efficient designs and strategies.
• Building good relationships with Architects, Project Managers, Building Services Engineers, Structural Engineers, Contractors, Developers.
• Attending design team meetings, site progress meetings and site inspections.

You will be hardworking, with a good understanding of electrical/ mechanical design engineering and environmental design concepts and theories.

You will be IT literate, proficient in AutoCAD software. You will have a qualification in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
