The role covers inbound/outbound calls, order processing, quotations and proactive outbound sales, with strong emphasis on customer care and teamwork within the branch.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in telesales or internal sales is essential.
• Background in builders’ merchants or building materials is preferred.
• Confident telephone communicator with a customer-focused approach.

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with trade and retail customers.
• Develop relationships and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Provide product, price, availability and delivery information.
• Process orders accurately and confirm details.
• Promote products, offers and account facilities to meet targets.
• Follow up quotations and convert opportunities to orders.
• Collaborate with branch teams to fulfill orders on time.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and order records.
• Resolve queries to a satisfactory outcome.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and promotions.
• Adhere to sales, credit, data protection and health & safety policies.
• Support the branch team during busy periods.
