CTOC Building Manager - Local Support Services - Counter Terrorism Policing HQ

Salary:

The starting salary is £47,060, including allowances totaling £2,928. The breakdown is £44,132 basic salary, which increases annually up to £52,652, plus a location allowance of £1,928 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.

Job Summary

This role is a key member of the Building Management team in CTPHQ LSS, coordinating on-site facilities management and providing local support for property-related issues within the Counter Terrorism Operations Centre (CTOC). It is critical in maintaining high-quality service to senior officers, staff, and partners in this operationally sensitive building. Flexibility and mobility are required as the role involves working solely within CTOC.

Supporting the CTOC Senior Building Manager, responsibilities include:

1. Coordination of all soft and hard facilities management services.
2. Identifying opportunities for improvements.
3. Developing and maintaining relationships with operational police officers, staff, and partners.
4. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and related regulations.
5. Supporting smarter working practices and occupancy efficiency.
6. Managing all personnel moves and related activities with proper governance.
