Job description

Building Manager - Central London

Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Building Manager for a permanent opportunity with a leading real estate services firm to be based on site in Central London. In this role, the Building Manager will be responsible for managing a multi-tenanted 130,000+ sq. ft. building ensuring a legally compliant, safe, customer focussed environment providing agreed levels of service.

Your role will require you to be highly customer focussed, acting as the first point of contact for occupier queries and regular communications. You will also be responsible for the operational day to day aspects of building management complying with risk management practices and managing staff and contractors.

For this role, we are ideally looking for someone with managing agent experience, who is good with client and tenant engagement and has strong service charge budget experience. You will be comfortable in a customer focussed role with a strong understanding of day-to-day commercial building management. You will hold an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification and ideally be a member of a professional body such as IWFM.
