The Building Manager will oversee all aspects of daily management and ensure first-class service delivery, including cleaning, security, reception, postal services, service desk, IT services, telephone, and administration. This role also supports the Facilities Manager and Surveyors as needed.
This individual will manage operational activities aligned with health, safety, environmental standards, budget constraints, and client/occupier requirements, meeting service criteria and KPIs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
