Salary: The starting salary is £47,060, which includes allowances totaling £2,928. The salary breakdown is as follows: £44,132 basic salary (which increases annually until reaching £52,652), a location allowance of £1,928, and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.
Location: West Brompton
This role is a key member of the Building Management team at CTPHQ LSS, coordinating onsite hard and soft facilities management and providing support within the Counter Terrorism Operations Centre (CTOC). It is critical in maintaining high service standards for senior officers, staff, and partners in this operationally sensitive building. The role requires flexibility and mobility, working exclusively within CTOC.
