Responsibilities
The Building Manager will oversee all aspects of daily management and ensure first-class service delivery across cleaning, security, reception, postal services, service desk, IT services, telephony, and administration. This role also involves supporting the Facilities Manager and Surveyors as needed.
This individual will manage operational activities in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, budget constraints, and client/occupier requirements, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
