Title: Assistant Building Manager
Team: London Office Buildings (Site)
Reporting To: Building Manager
Purpose: Support the Building Manager in delivering high standards of management, maintenance, and service, focusing on hard services and contractors.
Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant experience and IOSH certification.
Working Hours: 9 am - 5:30 pm Monday-Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm Friday
Salary Range: GBP 35,000 - GBP 45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
