Job summary

Gallagher are looking for ambitious Sales Specialist to join Vasek Insurance, a growing Gallagher brand based in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team where you'll build relationships with insurance brokers, support policy renewals and play a key role in retaining existing business.

Location: Nottingham City Centre; Salary: £25,000 + OTE per year; Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or contact centres beneficial but not essential
• Confident speaking on the phone, making outbound and handling inbound calls
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Positive attitude, resilience and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Contacting brokers ahead of policy renewals and discussing ongoing insurance requirements.
• Handling inbound/outbound activity efficiently, managing call queues, and hitting service level agreements.
• Building strong relationships with brokers through regular phone conversations and excellent customer service.
• Identifying opportunities to retain and grow existing business through effective relationship management.
• Understanding broker needs and working with internal teams to achieve the best outcome for clients.
• Accurately recording customer information across multiple systems.
• Working collaboratively with your team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
