Job summary

Gallagher’s Vasek Insurance brand in Nottingham is seeking a Sales Specialist to build strong broker relationships and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll handle a mix of outbound and inbound calls, discuss insurance needs, renewals, and queries, and contribute to growth through effective relationship management.

The role is based in Nottingham with opportunities to develop skills within a supportive, people-first culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of outbound and inbound calls; contacting brokers ahead of policy renewals.
• Discuss ongoing insurance requirements and assist with live policy queries.
• Build strong relationships with brokers through regular conversations and service.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow existing business via relationship management.
• Record customer information accurately across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

How you'll make an impact

• Handling a mix of outbound and inbound calls, including contacting brokers ahead of policy renewals, discussing ongoing insurance requirements, and assisting with queries relating to live policies.
• Building strong relationships with brokers through regular phone conversations and excellent customer service.
• Identifying opportunities to retain and grow existing business through effective relationship management.
• Understanding broker needs and working with internal teams to achieve the best outcome for clients.
• Accurately recording customer information across multiple systems.
