Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or contact centres beneficial but not essential.
• Confident speaking on the phone, making outbound and handling inbound calls.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude, resilience and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of outbound and inbound calls; contacting brokers ahead of policy renewals.
• Discuss ongoing insurance requirements and assist with live policy queries.
• Build strong relationships with brokers through regular conversations and service.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow existing business via relationship management.
• Record customer information accurately across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
