Job summary

Northern Education Trust is seeking a dedicated Hub Management professional to coordinate lesson attendance, manage a weekly timetable, and source differentiated materials for SEND students. You will work with teachers and the Inclusion Co-ordinator to support vulnerable pupils and track progress.

The role emphasises safeguarding, GDPR compliance, and collaboration with families and external agencies, offering development opportunities across NET schools.

Qualifications

• Ability to support wellbeing and resilience of pupils in a busy school environment.
• Strong organisational skills to manage timetables and invigilations.
• Clear communication with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate attendance and maintain weekly timetable for pupils.
• Source differentiated materials for SEND students from teachers.
• Develop resources focusing on anger management, behaviour, and social skills.
• Mentor vulnerable students to build literacy, numeracy, ICT, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with Inclusion Co-ordinator, parents, carers, and external partners.
• Oversee student records and contribute to reviews and achievement initiatives.
