Job summary

Netherthorpe School are seeking to appoint the right candidate to lead and manage the school's Inclusion Centre (IC), providing a safe, structured and supportive environment for students who are at risk of permanent exclusion, internal exclusion, or who experience significant difficulties accessing mainstream lessons due to behavioural, social, emotional or mental health needs.

• Promote inclusion and help students develop resilience and self-regulation to reintegrate into mainstream lessons.
