Job summary

Horizon Learning Hub, part of Coast and Vale Learning Trust, is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to deliver high-quality inclusive teaching to students with a range of needs. The role focuses on GCSE-level lessons and personalised support to help learners access the mainstream curriculum.

You will plan adaptively, work with colleagues, families and external professionals, and contribute to enrichment activities and safeguarding commitments in a welcoming school community.

Qualifications

• Deliver high-quality tailored teaching to students with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.
• Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs and ensure access to a broad and balanced curriculum.
