Job summary

Little Heath School is seeking a calm, highly organised Student Support Provision Coordinator to run The Bridge, our targeted provision for students facing barriers. You will work with SENDCO and Deputy SENDCO to coordinate daily operations, support students, and help them understand their next steps.

The role focuses on safeguarding, inclusion and developing resilience, with collaboration across Learning Mentors, teachers and pastoral teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students including those with SEND needs.
• Ability to build warm, professional relationships with young people while maintaining boundaries.
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and improving outcomes for students.
• Ability to coordinate a busy student provision and monitor impact.
• Comfort working with Learning Mentors, teachers and pastoral teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operation of The Bridge provision and access planned support.
• Work directly with students to help them understand their next steps.
• Contribute observations and evidence to reviews of individual provision.
• Support transitions back into lessons and other provision as needed.
