Job summary

Garforth Academy in Leeds is seeking a Bridge Manager to join our Deep Support team. The role is permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week (term time plus 5 days) starting November 2026, focusing on promoting the learning and welfare of vulnerable students and those facing barriers to learning.

The successful candidate will work within a supportive academy culture, contribute to safeguarding, wellbeing initiatives, and collaborates with staff to translate policy into practice across KS4/KS5.

• Experience supporting vulnerable students and removing barriers to learning.
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated Deep Support team.
• Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
