The Role

Working in our Reflections Restaurant (2 Rosette) you will support our Breakfast Supervisor in ensuring outstanding food and beverage service to residents, spa guests and local visitors. The Breakfast/Lunch F&B Assistant also assists with preparing the restaurant ready for lunch and assist with the lunch service.

We also operate a range of beautiful private dining rooms for functions, weddings, celebrations, conferences and other events. Sometimes these are used for private breakfast functions that you will assist with serving.

Main Duties Include;

• Preparing the restaurant for breakfast/lunch service
• Meeting and greeting guests
• Explaining the displayed breakfast buffet
• Taking guest breakfast orders for food and beverages
• Serving food and beverages
• Replenishing the breakfast buffet, ensuring it is fully stocked and tidy
• Completing satisfaction checks
• Resolving any service issues
• Presenting bills to guests if not resident and taking payment
• Ensuring work area is clean and tidy before departing

Requirements

• Live local with transport due to the shifts involved
• Shifts available are 6am 3pm, 7am 3.30‑m, 5 days week including weekends.
• Smart appearance, excellent communication skills with a passion for guest service.
