Job summary

The Ivy Collection in Granary Square Brasserie is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. You will prepare and serve high-quality breakfast dishes in a fast-paced environment, taking responsibility for your section and ensuring consistency with our standards.

We offer competitive hourly pay with Tronc, 20 hours minimum, and a career development program. Early starts and teamwork are essential as we deliver outstanding guest experiences across our venues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock their assigned section with necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Maintain correct prep levels to ensure full menu availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, adhering to food safety.
• Follow instructions from the Senior Management to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. As a Breakfast chef, you will work in a small team taking responsibility in preparing and serving delicious, high-quality breakfast dishes that exceed guests' expectations and sets the tone for a great day.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong culinary skills with a vast knowledge of Breakfast dishes and their components.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety practices.
• Early starts.
• Ability to work well using your own initiative.
