Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa in the Guildford area requires a Breakfast Chef to prepare and present cold breakfast items for the buffet and hot items to order for guests and private dining rooms.

You will work 37.5 hours per week across five days, including weekends, with a 6:00am–2:00pm shift pattern and a competitive benefits package including holiday entitlement and staff discounts.

The Role

The Breakfast Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting, a range of cold menu items for our Breakfast Buffet, as well as cooking to order hot food items, for guests and non-residents taking breakfast in our restaurant or private dining rooms.

• Working 5 days including weekend shifts from 6.00am to 2.00pm, 37.5 hours per week.
• Preparing cold food items for our comprehensive breakfast buffet as well as preparing and cooking hot food items to order
• Complete advance preparation, wherepracticalfor the next breakfast service
• Please see our website for sample menus to give you an idea of the menu items you will be preparing
• Cleaning down your section at the end of your shift
• Handover any requirements to the Chef in preparation for your next shift
