Landmark London is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen Team on a permanent basis with an immediate start. You will own breakfast service, maintain high five-star standards, and contribute to a vibrant, energetic team in a renowned luxury hotel.

You will lead with positive energy, develop junior chefs, and ensure smooth daily breakfast operations while upholding our guests' memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of breakfast to the hotel guests.
• Mentor junior chefs and support their development.
• Complete mise en place for the following day in line with business needs.
• Handover with the night chef to capture all critical information.

As a Breakfast Chef, your main duties andexpectations for the role will include:

• You will be required towork 40 hours per week, on a shiftrota.
• To primarily take full ownershipfor the delivery of breakfast food within the hotel.
• To give direction to junior chefsand assist with their development, pass on your knowledge & experience.
• Handover with the night chefprior to the end of their shift obtaining all relevant important information.
• Complete your mise en place forthe following day in line with business level.
• You must demonstrate relevantexperience gained within deluxe property/hotel.
