Were looking for a Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team at a well-established hotel in Windsor.
This is a great opportunity for a Chef who enjoys the buzz of breakfast service, takes pride in producing good quality food and likes having a role that extends beyond simply cooking breakfast.
Youll be responsible for delivering a high-volume breakfast service, working with a predominantly buffet offering while also preparing individual dishes when required. On quieter mornings, the service moves towards an la carte format, so youll need to be comfortable adapting to changing guest numbers.
Breakfast is busy, with around 120140 covers during the week and 200+ at weekends, so this is a hands-on position where organisation and consistency are important.

Youll work 40 hours per week across 5 days out of 7, with shifts generally starting between 5:30am and 6:00am and finishing in the early afternoon.
You dont necessarily need a background specifically in hotel breakfasts. Were interested in Chefs who have worked in a professional kitchen and are confident producing food consistently in a busy environment.
Youll ideally have experience with breakfast or all-day dining, although candidates from other suitably busy kitchen environments will be considered.
