Job description

Citadines Holborn-Covent Garden is seeking a confident Breakfast Attendant to become part of our Team. Our properties operate 24/7; we require someone to work on our early shift (6 am to 2 pm).

You will report to the Assistant Residence Manager, supporting towardsproviding our guests with memorable experiencesof the city.

As our Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for:

• Meeting and greeting our guests, in a courteous and personable manner
• Setting up the Breakfast Buffet according to our Company standards
• Overseeing the breakfast service, assisting our guests where needed in accordance with Food Safety standards
• Clearing, cleaning and ensuring hygiene standards are well maintained at all times
• Supporting with the public area cleaning as required after breakfast service.

To be successful in the role of Breakfast Attendant, we require:

• Excellent guest engagement skills
• Ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to communicate and organise yourself in line with different guest expectations
• A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
