Job summary

Superdry is seeking a Retail Brand Lead to manage and inspire a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences in-store. You will champion the brand, stay knowledgeable about our style choices, and make decisions to resolve in-store consumer issues with confidence.

You will also support with daily operations, loss prevention, and health and safety, while maintaining the store look and commercial awareness of KPIs. Flexibility in shift patterns is encouraged.

• Experience in retail/sales and store operations.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team daily.
• Strong brand and consumer focus with passion for style.
• Experience in people management.
• Organized and proactive with time management skills.
