Job summary

Superdry is seeking a Brand Lead to join our UK stores. You will lead and motivate the associate team to deliver an outstanding customer brand experience, while supporting the Store Leader to meet performance targets and uphold the Superdry standards.

You will become an expert in our styling and products, take ownership of store operations including opening/closing and cash handling, and act as a brand ambassador by modelling our values and culture to colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/sales and operations in store.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to hit targets.
• Confident decision-maker focused on customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with management to achieve store targets and standards.
• Model brand behaviours and defend store policies, including cash handling and opening/closing duties.
• Drive product knowledge and store presentation to reflect the Superdry style.
