Superdry in London is seeking a Brand Lead to deliver an amazing customer brand experience in store. You will support the management team to motivate and lead the associate’s team to smash store targets and drive excellence in the store, across all areas.

• Experienced in retail/sales and operations in store.
• Brand-focused with strong customer experiences.
• Passionate about style and product.
• Experience leading and motivating a team.
• Able to build relationships and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional brand experience in-store.
• Support management to motivate and lead associates to meet targets.
• Own consumer issues in store and provide solutions.
• Model brand behaviours, values and style.
• Lead with collaboration and open communication.
• Maintain store appearance and drive retail standards.
• Understand KPIs and contribute fresh ideas to improve performance.
• Open/close duties, including cash handling.
