Job summary

Superdry is seeking a Retail Team Leader to inspire and manage store teams, delivering outstanding customer experiences and brand standards. You will work with the Store Leader to coach staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure the store meets performance targets.

You will be a brand ambassador, passionate about style, product and customer service, and capable of making decisions to resolve shopper issues while maintaining store standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in leading in-store teams to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to deliver memorable customer experiences and drive brand standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with store teams and managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the associate team to achieve store targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Act as brand ambassador and role model for behaviours, values and style.
• Own key store tasks including opening/closing and cash handling, loss prevention, and health & safety compliance.
• Develop product knowledge and keep up to date with fashion/style to drive sales.
