Job summary

Superdry in the United Kingdom is seeking a Brand Lead to deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences, coach the team, and drive store performance. You will act as a brand ambassador, uphold our style standards, and energize the store to exceed targets.

You will model our values, manage daily operations, and take ownership of opening/closing, cash handling, and health and safety. Develop product knowledge and maintain the store look to inspire customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/sales and store operations.
• Ability to create memorable customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to hit store targets and deliver excellent service.
• Model brand behaviours and drive Superdry standards.
• Handle consumer issues in store and resolve calmly.
• Open and close the store and manage cash handling where required.
• Coach associates to deliver the retail standard and service expectations.
• Coordinate tasks across operations and loss prevention.
• Maintain store appearance and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Store Leader to drive KPI performance.
