Superdry is seeking a Brand Lead to act as a genuine ambassador for our brand, delivering an amazing customer experience in-store. You will support the management team to motivate the associate team, drive store targets, and uphold the Superdry standards across all areas.

You will become a brand advocate, lead by example, and help create a store environment that reflects our style and values. Open and honest communication, strong product knowledge, and a proactive approach to store operations

• Proven leadership in retail/sales environments.
• Strong focus on customer experience and brand standards.
• Ability to motivate and develop a store team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the associate team to hit store targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and brand experience.
• Own store operations including cash handling and loss prevention basics.
• Act as a brand ambassador, modelling Superdry values and style.
• Collaborate with Store Leader to drive performance and KPIs.
• Maintain store presentation and commercial awareness.
