You’ll serve trade customers, answer inquiries, and drive sales while handling stock and order packing. 40 hours a week, Mon-Fri 07:30–16:30 with alternate Saturdays 08:00–12:00. Qualifications

• Plumbing & Heating knowledge is ideal.
• Previous face-to-face sales and customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers on the trade counter with product recommendations.
• Respond to enquiries by phone and email promptly and courteously.
• Make outbound calls to previous customers to regain business.
• Drive sales within the branch by engaging customers.
• Handle warehouse duties including stock booking, picking and packing.
