You will also handle phone and email inquiries, and actively pursue opportunities to boost branch sales. The role includes light warehouse duties and ensuring timely stock handling.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a schedule that includes some Saturdays. Plumbing knowledge and prior face-to-face sales experience are preferred, and a supportive pension

• Experience in face-to-face sales and customer service.
• Plumbing & Heating knowledge is ideal.
• Warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers on the trade counter with product recommendations and advice.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email promptly and courteously.
• Make outbound calls to previous customers to regain business.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to drive sales within the branch.
• Carry out general warehouse duties including stock checks and order picking/packing.
