Plumb Centre is hiring a Team Supervisor to support the Branch Manager and lead daily operations in Norwich. The role is office-focused, coordinating calls and emails while assisting customers on the trade counter with product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Health and safety requirements, including first aid and manual handling.
• Ability to read and interpret numerical and written information.
• Knowledge of proactive sales techniques and merchandising to maximise margin.
• Understanding of branch product lines and Wolseley systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager/Branch Supervisor with day-to-day branch operations.
• Supervise and support colleagues, provide training and feedback.
• Mainly office-based: manage phones and emails servicing customers.
• Assist customers on the trade counter with product advice and knowledge.
