Job summary

Plumb Centre in Carmarthen is seeking a Branch Supervisor to assist the Branch Manager, supervise staff, and support customer service on the trade counter. You will develop the customer base, improve retention and product mix, and work with suppliers to grow profits.

The role involves warehouse duties, adherence to procedures, and helping the branch run smoothly across a 40-hour week, with Saturday rota. A hands-on, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous industry or merchant experience preferred.
• Prior experience as a Supervisor within a face-to-face sales environment is essential.
• Willingness to step up to run the branch in the Branch Manager's absence.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls to gain new business.
• Team player and ready to take on a diverse range of branch tasks.
• Keenness to learn with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic.
