Responsibilities

• Manage the branch performance, margins, cost control, forecasting and reporting.
• Lead, support and review branch teams to achieve performance and service KPIs.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, claims and service issues effectively.
• Manage staffing requirements, holidays, absence records and training.
• Ensure transport, health and safety and operational requirements are fully maintained.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accreditations.
