Job summary

LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager in Aylesbury to lead a large team and drive performance across sales, logistics and customer service. You will manage daily branch operations, nurture a high-performing culture, and ensure targets and KPIs are met while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and a hands-on approach, with HR and recruitment involvement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large branch team with line management responsibility
• Oversee sales, operations, resources and customer service to hit daily targets and KPIs
• Involve in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment
• Uphold Health and Safety standards and drive a safety-first culture
• Demonstrate alignment with company values and promote a customer-focused mindset
• Collaborate with field teams to maximise opportunities and customer satisfaction
• Average of 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am–6pm with alternate Saturdays 8am–4pm
