Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking a Branch Manager in the United Kingdom to lead daily branch operations, drive KPI performance through sales and service, and manage stock movement. You will promote company initiatives and ensure the branch operates efficiently to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires a proven track record in staff development and FMCG or automotive background, with strong leadership and communication skills. This is an on-site role with a focus on safety and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the branch team.
• Set and monitor targets for individual team members.
• Determine annual budget with Management Team.
• Ensure inventory levels meet customer demand.
• Compile, analyse and present management information.
• Use reports and data to support growth.
• Maximise return on incoming sales calls and counter sales.
• Oversee health and safety in line with policy.
• Ensure smooth operational functions of the branch.
