We are looking for an experienced Branch Operations Manager to join an international removals company in the High Wycombe area. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as the main point of contact between the removals crews and the operations department.
• Oversee all job paperwork and lead a team.
• Supervise daily removals operational planning and make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Manage initiatives related to personnel retention, onboarding, training, and recruitment.
• Create monthly reports and keep an eye on branch performance.
• Participate actively in removals business development and sales initiatives.

• Uphold strict adherence to corporate policies and good service standards.
