Branch Operations Manager - Watford

Extrastaff is a highly professional, successful, award-winning recruitment agency specialising in the supply of temporary driving & industrial personnel. Operating from over 50 locations across the UK, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Operations Manager for our new branch in Watford.

Our positive culture and team spirit are unique and fun. With significant investment in our bespoke in-house IT system, we have elevated our operations. The Role
  • Business Development: Ensure the team converts new clients and maximises potential within existing clients.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee all activities related to the efficient and effective provision of services to meet client contractual obligations.
  • Financial Performance: Understand the financial position of the branch, including desk and branch profitability, and take appropriate actions. Demonstrate competency in understanding financial figures.
  • Development: Ensure employees are well-trained, adaptable to market changes, and responsive to client needs.

  • Basic salary of £35,000 per annum
  • Uncapped commission with no threshold on gross & net revenue
  • Additional targeted bonuses of up to £4,000 per annum in quarterly payments
