Job summary

LKQ Europe is seeking a Duty Manager in Gravesend to lead the day-to-day operation of the branch across retail, warehouse and fleet. You will coach and develop colleagues, drive safe and efficient operations, and deliver outstanding customer service.

A flexible, customer-focused leader will thrive in this role. You will report to the Branch Manager and work with other Duty Managers to maintain high standards, manage KPIs and contribute to commercial success across the branch.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, warehouse or logistics environments.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and branch performance.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the branch across retail, warehouse and fleet functions.
• Coordinate resources to maintain high standards of customer service and safety.
• Drive operational excellence by enforcing company standards, policies and procedures.
• Manage stock accuracy, inventory control and stock takes.
• Oversee returns, warranties and reverse logistics processes.
• Support Click & Collect and delivery operations and fleet readiness.
