Job summary
LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, driving performance and delivering outstanding customer service. You will oversee sales, operations, HR, and safety, while developing the team and ensuring alignment with company standards.
The role emphasizes a customer-focused culture, collaboration with field teams, and accountability for branch KPIs in a dynamic, UK-wide operation.
Qualifications
- Great communication skills demonstrate the ability to develop customer relationships and drive customer connectivity.
- High levels of focus, energy and drive.
- Good business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a large branch team with line management responsibility.
- Own all sales, operations, resources and customer service to hit daily targets and KPIs.
- Involve in HR activities such as performance management and recruitment to develop the team.
- Champion Health & Safety and drive a safety-first culture across the branch.
- Model company values and promote a customer-focused mindset.
- Collaborate with field teams to maximise customer opportunities.
- Average 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am–6pm with alternate Saturdays 8am–4pm.
